HYATT REGENCY VANCOUVER

Hyatt Regency Vancouver is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of it all. Its location is ideal for visitors as so much of the city's highlights are moments away. Arriving here is easy as it is close to the Sky Train and other transport links. This was my third stay here and I was once again reminded why I choose it as my Vancouver base.

The city was still in festive spirits when I arrived. The lobby was beautifully decorated with Christmas displays and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Many guests were taking photos of the gorgeous decorations as they became a tourist attraction themselves. After a simple check-in to my room, I was pleased to have a view of the skyline and coastal mountains in the distance. The room itself was clean, open, and relaxing. There was plenty of space to move and get comfortable. I enjoyed little luxuries such as the rain shower and complimentary Starbucks coffee. There is a Starbucks directly inside the hotel making coffee runs convenient any time of the day.

From the front desk to housekeeping, the service at the hotel was great. The entrance is elegant and there is a calm ambience as you walk in. The Mosaic Grille and Bar is located on the second floor and specializes in local cuisine and cocktails. This restaurant has positive reviews and is known for its casual yet stylish environment. The room service was also efficient if you choose to dine in the comfort of your room. I can recommend the fish and chips as they were delicious!

Hyatt Regency Vancouver is close to fantastic restaurants and entertainment. Whether you want to enjoy the waterfront or stroll Vancouver's best shopping streets, you are only a pleasant walk away. The Vancouver Art Gallery, Pacific Centre and Robson Street are just a few examples of things to do. This is a great time of year to visit as the typically overcast destination was cheerful and bustling for the holiday season.
